An adventurous place to visit from the quarry & the houses which is very interesting , to the mountain at the back of the quarry there's a lot to see & do the grate out doors .

A coach tour through the tunnels, of which there seems to be miles, move you through the mountain. The tour is guided and very informative. There are information boards to explain different parts of how the hydro electric station works. It can be a bit boring for younger children and due to time restrictions it can feel a bit rushed at times. Still worth a visit though if you are in the area.

Hi... just spent two hours drive with my family and incidentally £4 in the adjacent car park only to find you are shut. On your website you say you'll update visitors via social media. Google maps shows you are open. Till 5.30pm no less. And you'll be open tomorrow at 9.30. Not exactly a warm welcome is it?

What a fantastic piece of engineering. The underground rooms are huge. The visitors centre is currently closed for refurbishment but you can still book a tour of the facility. Well worth doing if you are in the locality
