Was okay... Not a great welcome either... But better than north finchley branch bcz they did not know what they were doing.. I would have given maybe in the negative feedback.... Rubbish customer service experience... They just do not know how to treat their customers sorry to say... The staff are really untrained... Sorry that's the experience I have had... I don't know about anyone else.. Goodbye

Welcoming staffs and nice ambience.
Very poor quality glasses. Staff dismissive and unhelpful. Glasses broke whilst under warranty and was refused a replacement pair even though the broken pair discontinued and parts unavailable. Avoid as this problem happened before with the same result. Out of habit have been going to them for years. Will not keep their legal responsibility if it involves them spending their own money. Never again, Specs Direct got my money for a replacement. Avoid!!!!

Absolutely overwhelmed by the difference the glasses have made to me, immediately! I've had issues with my sight for years and Specsavers Barnet sorted me out with just 1 sight test & some glasses. The turnaround was quick & the service was friendly
