First appointment the Doctor phoned and spent a decent amount of time with me on the phone, but was rude and dismissive. Since then no one answers the phone, new app they’re using doesn’t work, so basically you’re without healthcare. Sadly that’s what I’ve come to expect of NHS GPs. They’re overwhelmed and seem detached from patient holistic wellbeing. This practice is the worst I’ve encountered in that regard.

They book an appointment but never call on time or always late by 40-60min. I have an impression, doctors in this practice are not interested in patients. All patients are just numbers and not human beings. I would not recommend this GP practice.

Only been for baby health check clinic as this is not my normal GP. The nurse was lovely. The consultation was in a big room with toys to keep the little one occupied. The practice itself was very new, big and clean. Also had a buggy park area which was a bonus for us

Absolutely awful. My auntie was very sick and I wanted to being her here so I called them... firstly, good luck trying to find a line that's actually rings/connects. Re-try and re-try until you're connected. Only to find out that the receptionist seems to have no patience and is very blunt and rigid. I'm a huge advocate of the NHS - MASSIVELY underrated. But this clinic is terrible.
