Receptionist would do better than guarding the car park and focus on not leaving people who are struggling to walk, wait out in the rain for forms that they can’t find and have to be told what to go away and look for .. .Thankfully they are not who I go to the medical centre to see.
One of wors customer service reception. Overall poor service recived, telephone interview for newborn 8weeks check is only 1 example. We recently joined this surgery and already moved to another one due to service and standards. You are huge disappointment to nhs.
Reception staff approach, knowledge and atitude could not be worse.
Since Dr Painter and Dr Patel left it really isn't a good surgery. Very sad.
I do not suggest you go there at all, they are a non-professional team and they only delay you
