Sent a pair of glasses to replace a broken nosepad. Quick fix, they also tightened the glasses for me without asking. Kind and friendly service.
Moorfield eye hospital asked me to find a MECS Optometrist... I found Visioncare locally to me in Barnet and needed to see them as a matter of urgency. They saw me the next day and were very professional in their approach to my care. The place was visibly being cleaned as customers came and went. The staff were very polite and accommodating. They were able to perform every test I required, present me with a diagnosis and treatment plan. What took just 2 days for Visioncare had still not been delivered by Optegra after over 2 months and a year in their care. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody as an example of how things should be done! Thank you so much to everyone at Visioncare!
