Horrible customer service! Today I was checking some palettes and I wanted to check what they looked like, so I kind of opened it but not the packaging ,then the blonde lady wearing a mask came up to me saying I shouldn’t open it, then I apologised politely, and told her I didn’t know. Then later I chose to buy the pallette so I checked the description in the back, the lady kept following me and eventually told me to come with her rudely, and accused me of trying to open it when I didn’t, and I was gonna buy the palette anyway so she has no right to talk to me in such a rude tone,I was so confused what was going on, and she kept being disrespectful towards me, then eventually she left but yet kept following me. In all my years of living, never have I ever been accused of stealing, and met an employee so disrespectful. Please tell her to treat her customers with respect. I most likely will never come back here again. So thanks.

Luck of hair colours. I am so disappointed. Why u dont have burgundy hair colours (from Garnier Nutrisse)? Such as 462 deep berry burgundy or BR2 dark intense burgundy??
So many amazing products at the right prices. Also really nice and friendly staff and the shop is really organised and has such a wide variety of products!!!!!
