Alwys helpful and friendly
Last week i went in and asked for them to print out my bank statement.Two members of staff were very rude towards me and making it difficult.I was there a while explaining why i needed it as it was imortant.They did not print me my bank statement or offered to help me and was told to do it myself.
The staff i have seen and chatted with before at the branch have been very nice and helpful but i was very disappointed with the attitude of these 2 members of staff on this occasion.
Why cant you talk to your branch?? Not a call centre i Bombay!!
