Green-Heat Renewables - Heat pump and MVHR specialist

Bradley was able to give our NIBE system a very efficient and professional annual service. It was the first time we had used Green-Heat Renewables but would definitely recommend. The follow up service he provides has been both excellent and re-assuring, always being on call to answer questions I have.

Ground source heat pumps are problematical. So you need a good engineer- there are many out there we’ve had the unfortunate experience of not really knowing what they are doing. These guys do! It’s been a relief to find a company that cares about delivering a service along with the vital knowledge. Highly recommend.

Bradley at Green Heat has been servicing and repairing our NIBE Heat Pump and underfloor heating system for the last two years. His work has always been of great quality - quickly identifying problem areas and getting them fixed quickly (even though we're in London, which isn't exactly around the corner for him). Recently Brad managed to talk us through fixing an issue with our under floor heating pump on the phone - took about an hour but with his expert guidance we got it working on the day with little fuss and no call out charge. Brad is friendly and happy to explain what he's doing in plain English. His prices are reasonable and he's always quick and courteous in his response to queries. Overall, highly recommend - particularly for anyone with a NIBE system, which are good but not without their quirks.
