Amazing trip. Started at the cafe which was fantastic and very good value. The train ride was awesome and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back again

What can I say...fabulous! Well kept station..immaculate. Have to book in advance at present. Total trip took 2 1/2 hrs...with 30 min stop Abergynolwyn

Been coming here for 40 years never fails to offer fantastic service from a very dedicated team. Despite the restrictions of this year they've done brilliantly from trains to the cafes at wharf and Abergynolwyn stations 100% recommended

Had a great time today on the railway, started off at the cafe enjoying lunch, food was excellent and well worth the money. Then took the steam train up and back. Got a first class carriage which was a nice experience. All the staff were so polite and friendly could not fault a single moment of this experience

The welcome,the friendly staff,the excellent cafe,the lovely carriage all to ourselves although the weather was poor great views stopping for our prepaid cream tea which was brilliant and then a lovely return journey good parking and toilets
