Amazing venue and facility with so much to see. Staff were helpful and attentive and booking was easy.
Only problem was the lack of toilets and parking. Parking may not be a fault of the pontio but the lack of toilets and access for disabled could be a problem.

If Pontio had a loop hearing system he could have enjoyed the film even more

Enjoyed a quick bite here, they catered for my gluten free needs too. Will definitely return as I am a local.
Clean. Fresh building. 10/10 would climb the 10000 stairs again
member of staff told us to go sit in a certain section in a hostile tone (the rest of the lounges were available to the public) because we’re teenagers. Can appreciate you’ve had issues in the past but that’s no excuse for acting downright rude and unprofessionally. Don’t think you’d speak like that if your boss was there!
