Good knowledgable staff, however the shop did not have in stock the item I required two visits in a row ( dog whistle and clicker.) Staff kindly ordered it in for me though, and there were no problems having it delivered to store.

Friendly staff and very helpful when you are rushing to buy pet food in lockdown. A slight issue with the card readers but eventually sorted. Not very busy.

WARNING - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM, order separately. I have placed an order for £53.50 due to the lockdown and being unable to purchase in store, the Droncit was delivered with a photo of said delivery, the prescription item was delivered but only one packet within therefore missing the second item £21.50 for each. Contacted customer service who sent an e mail stating that as the Droncit had been delivered, "as your door is open - NOT, picture of item on mat outside a closed door. "I am confident that the Advantage was delivered" I am not disputing the Advantage was delivered but only one packet within, the further comment "truly sorry if this is not the outcome you had hoped for" How patronising. He has not even addressed that one packet of Advantage was missing whereby the delivery notes states an order of two. Unfortunately I had to click on one start to post the review 0 stars would have been preferred

Great place for browsing and spoiling your fluffy friends. So nice you can take your dog in the store. Wonder what their policy is on crocodiles.

Very useful staff. Good knowledge and great help and advice when buying puppy milk for my little runt.
