Very nice staff, but every time I go in some staff form a " barricade " to stop you in your tracks. Because they want to show you how to use the paying in machine instead of going to the counter. I know how to use them but choose not to on occasion. It is an extremely irritating practice. Walking in front of you, sometimes three abreast, should be stopped.
Good service received today..just assistance paying in a cheque with the machine, but fast service, helpful young man. Left branch happy.
There's never anyone there! No cashiers, no nothing. Could seriously use more staff. I am guessing they are not that hard up that they can't afford to pay for one or two more people!
Helpful, patient and really kind receptionist and consultant! I got my appointment very fast as well!
