Having gone to my own bank Halifax in Bromley High Street who I have banked with for 25 yet we’re not interested in assisting me at all. I went to NatWest bank 50 yards up the road. They were fabulous, very helpful, interested could meet my requirements. Happy to open a new bank account, taking my I’d & necessary documents while I waited.
Jessica was fantastic. Very very good service. Ditch Halifax go to Natwest.
Take the day off work if you need to come here. Easily the stupidest display of post corona rules. The staff do not seem to understand customer service is a large part of being a bank. Even after 45 mins waiting it took the last 10 further mins to make a payment. Will be transferring from NatWest today after 12 years
Excessive queues, will bring a yoga mat next time, might get a meditation in.
It seems to have been normalised for staff to ignore you and think thats ok, the culture of behaviour of this branch is very disappointing. I am looking for another bank
Awful bank with poor customer service. Queue for ages to pay of credit card to be told er have to book an appointment as they cannot do it at the desk. Once I can finally pay this off I will be changing banks to one who will be giving me access to all my accounts and money.
