I visited Lloyds Bank in Beckenham today and I was met by a very rude customer service female who informed me to leave my dog outside even though I was carrying her. I have been to this branch before and never had a problem. Her attitude was not very nice bordering on bossy. My dog is the size of a cat and very timid. She showed me the sign that said no dogs and I had to tie her up to the door handle. All I wanted to do was pay in my cheque. There was nobody in the branch surely she should use some discretion.
Not for people who works from 9 to 5 Mon Fri. Opening hours useless.
