Beware anyone who is disabled...no lift access to store just dark wet stairs on which I tripped and fell..... fortunately I was at the top trying to help my disabled husband up the stairs. Staff doing their best but it's really bad
Nice sandwiches and friendly staff
Not very happy with their Bangor store. Some staff not very nice. Last Xmas, it seems they lowered their standards in recruiting temporary workers.
Usual high standard! Always a pleasure to shop in M&S just wish we had a bigger store in Bangor !
