This is a beautifully castle staff are very helpful. The local children where doing a history scene of slavery. This is such a good idea because history teaches us how to make changes to our lives. Wales should be proud of their children local history and our history is important
what an amazing castle! we didnt get to go inside due to covid and it was very windy so didnt get a chance to fully explore the grounds but still loved our time there. The castle is huge and in incredible condition. staff were friendly and helpful. we had a drink and cake in the courtyard which was good, a tad expensive but we used the eat out scheme. already planning our next visit
Another excellent and outstanding National Trust Property. The secret garden and the big garden were truly remarkable unlike anything I had every seen at any trust property The scale of the Silva particularly the Oak trees are really stunning. The view across the straits to Anglesey from the castle wall is really dramatic. We'll worth a visit.
A beautiful castle to look around, complete with stunning grounds. Also, very polite and helpful staff.
Were not able to see the castle from the grounds, have to reserve a ticket in advance. No signs suggesting and opening or closing time outside the grounds. Was told to go to the nature reserve and you can see the outside of the castle from there- was beautiful from a distance. Customer service was great!
