What an absolutely wonderful surgery, just moved to the area, I was scared to move doctors as my last practice was very good, but this practice is outstanding 👏
I have used this surgery for the last 30 years and seen many changes in that time and I would say all for the good. As a busy surgery it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment but this has got easier. My family and I are more than happy with the service we received
Stay away.
After having our 2yo with high fever for more than 5 days, were told not to worry unless child's eyes go funny or skin changes colour.
You need to spends hours even to get through to them only to be told they are never appointments available.
Yet they are welcoming new people to register with them.
Shame we couldn't give a 0 rating.
Awful. Receptionists infringe peoples right to privacy by covertly refusing to give appointments unless u tell them.the problem. They are aware there phones lines dont work and yet have not fixed them. The surgery is the worst I've ever come across; and I've been registered at various and work in health. Should be shut down
This surgery was great until the shuffle a couple of years ago when Dr Bentley left.
I have unfortunately been working with Dr Lasarado - AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!! She thinks she is god. She does things without asking and puts in the notes "you both agreed it".
She tells you things then denies she said it. She is an utter monster and literally almost drove me to suicide.
I suffer from chronic pain (as well as some other chronic conditions) and she took away my pain killers which apparently "we both agreed" (UNTRUE!!). This woman is an utter monster, is so condescending it's untrue and needs to have her medical license revoked.
Dr Winstanley, although a very pleasant lady, is ageist and refuses to help with a lot of things because "you're very young" (I'm almost 30).
The locum doctors, although very helpful are unable to prescribe a lot of medications (I have discussed this with other people, and this must be a policy implemented by this surgery, as it it not the case at a lot of other surgeries).
If you're below 40 and suffer with any kind of pain, avoid this surgery like the plague as they will simply leave you suffering.
The only decent doctor is Dr Ajay, but he has reduced his hours and is almost impossible to get an appointment with.
