My experience has been friendly staff, especially the nurses and my Dr. I appreciate the phone consultations that can be easily booked via their website. Excellent advice and helpful with the issues I have been to see them with.
If you're expecting a phone consultation with them be aware that they withhold their number so your mobile may automatically block/reject the call and they don't leave a message. Then you'll have to wait 2 weeks to get the next appointment!
Utter rubbish!
I have been with this surgery for over 20 years now and have witnessed a steady decline in the service provided.
I have always found the receptionists very helpful and friendly. The doctors and nurses I have seen have also been really good, particularly Elaine and Dr Thebe.
I also really appreciate being able to book appointments after work. I really recommend this surgery! Thanks for all your hard work.
32 minutes so far trying to get through to make an appointment. You can only call once a day now for an appointment. Next appointment on the app is 15th November. Still caller no 2 after all that time it's a joke. How long on hold to get through? I'd give up but intreiged to know how long I will wait...........still waiting 38minutes
