Reviews
This Pharmacy should make it easier for me to collect my prescriptions as I shop. But I have for the the third time tried to order a prescription only to go back to pick it up to find they hadn’t ordered it. Not good enough Tesco. I’ve just called to ask why my daughters prescription was not there, as she had been told it was never ordered. I said l came in on Saturday and ordered it. I was told no you didn’t because we have nothing on our screen to say you ordered it. No of course not because the pharmacy doesn’t know what it’s doing.
Had to use recently after an out of hours visit Very helpful for prescription.
Very good service, nice staff, helpful pharmacist.
