i have played on many gaming shops in london however, this store has given me the embarrassment of my life from a rude lady staff. her name is DIANE.
very judgemental to people. as i approached her when i came in the shop, she un-educatedly looked at me up and down then stared at my face like im a piece of scum. i had money in my pocket and intende to play a sot machine but, she suddenly screamed are you playing mate?!!! shocked being in the store for just 2 mins. deciding what slot is my mood for that moment, . i said yes and sat down but not quite sure still what to play and after 1 min she has screamed at me yelling 'you have to get out ' i dont want you inside the shop .
is it because i was wearing my old tracksuit, she has treated me like a useless tramp.
where is the customer service TRAINING ACADEMY that your company use? in iraq?
i am completely disappointed and will never come back or recomend the company especially the acton branch.
i am also considering to sue her(diane) for degrading me and embarass me to many people
