Terrible experience. Rude staff. Extortionate prices. The reason why I'm writing this review is that I needed cash for the car-wash. The person at the till charged me £1.25 for using their cashback service. I got told by the guy this was the "price" of money. I can understand 25p or 50p but £1.25?! Whilst it is not illegal for retailers to charge for debit card 'cashback', it is immorral and in for the retailer - money for nothing. Will never be giving this place my custom ever again. There are also cheaper petrol stations not too far from here, would not recommend this place at all.

little case with the customer Good afternoon. On May 14th at 13:48 hours I made a purchase of a Gadjet AU13 headset, that same headset came with problems, the headset on the right does not work. I went back to the store to be able to exchange my product because it was defective and the two attendants who were there refused to pull my payment receipt in the system, as I didn't have mine in hand, I asked with all the education in the world, giving details during the day, time, value is up to seconds of purchase, with a lot of mockery and laughing at my face they refused to do the job, I believe it would be my right. I am very upset with what happened and because of that I write this email. I ask you to resolve my situation, otherwise I will seek my rights because I felt humiliated by those two attendants who get out of my face before other customers who were there. That fact occurred today May 23 at around 11:30 am. Thank you
