Not even a 1 star very poor customer service long wait outside in the rain . When I went upstairs , mi mi mia no counter staff CLOSED Needed some extra coins . After 20 mins going round round a garden I am advise to call a number and pre order the coins as they don’t have it in branch . . It’s all to do with COVID-19 really , staff working from home , self service machine not working. So I’m going home .

Suppose to be a very professional bank, but once getting upstairs... 1. No greeting from anyone 2. Served by a person(a young man) who has no elementary manners, just wanted to leave from his position as soon as possible, staring at customers like we are not wanted there, when I started asking questions, he was looking around like he doesn’t care what I am saying. 3. No knowledge of Help to Buy ISA, but working in a bank and offering that service ?! 4. Thankfully a nice lady with braids helped me out with some help from her supervisor/manager(A man with glasses) and actually took time even tho she was doing million things at the same time. Thank you, for making a customer feel assured and being nice. One star just because I work in a restaurant and if my manager would see me acting like that guy to any of my customers in a time like this, there would be another person replacing me by tomorrow. This is not how you treat people who are holding money in your bank and who are coming in with real life problems. Nobody cares that you have to serve people who don’t speak english or are sick and tired of seeing customers.

Massimo Mariani was very helpful when I told him that I have received a message from the bank that I was using my arrange overdraft on my account when I just deposited some money two days earlier. When I checked my balance on online banking showing that company/fraudster PAYPAL*JAMESCHATT on 28 May 2020 / Paypal*QUALITY4PE ON 06 JUN/ and other date from the 22/4/20 had taken money from my account. I logged onto my Paypal account and there was nothing showing those transactions. This was fraud and they use Paypal to make it sound genuine. Please watch out for this and always check with your Paypal/bank if you come across any unauthorization that you are not sure off. They had taken over £600 from my account from the 22/04/20 to the 12/06/20. Please be safe.

Absolutely horrendous! I had a pram with me and there was no visible sign for the lift! I had to use the escalator which was absolutely dangerous and one of the staff members had seen me struggle on my way up! After I had finished and I was on my way out, he did not offer to help nor tell me that there was a lift. he just stood there watching me struggling to take in down. While I was going down the escalator; another staff member on the opposite side of the escalator had seen me struggle and told there was a lift this whole time!!!!! It's ridiculous! These staff members are useless and not helpful at all! Horrible branch! Never going there again! Had the worst experience ever!
