Very friendly stuff but poorly organized. In an apointment we were asked for extra documents that were not requested while booking the appointment (even though we had asked)so we had to reschedule it. We then managed to reserve another date which was cancelled few hours prior to the appointment (the employee responsible had to call sick-completely understandable!!) but there was no one else to help us go through our job. The "reason" was that there was just one employee working with a fully booked schedule. It is a pitty both for them and for us (had to take twice a day off work just to get this job done...).

Arrived before 2pm today, after working since 3am to get finished and bank our takings so I could pay my suppliers 😡 staff refused to allow me and at least two others into the bank, how is early closing each day helping customers ? When I asked to speak to the manager I was laughed at by one member of staff whilst another tried to wind me up through the window 😤

Good service and friendly but incompetent. Lost my first change of address letter I took in, then failed to send the 2nd signed page after I went back. I even sat with the guy and went through it all. Not very happy.
