Hour long waits at a minimum, reduced opening times just to cram everyone outside at the same time risking infection rates, a member of staff called me in to offer a loan that would financially cripple me. He pushed very very hard for me to pay over £200 a month more than I currently pay them. He got very angry I wanted to think about it instead of agreeing there and then. So if you fancy taking a day off of work to put some money into your account, catch carona outside and/or have a car salesman style aggressive predatory sales techniques.. this is the place for you but hurry because it’s not open long

What exactly is the point of opening for a few hours every day during this "corona crisis"?! Either shut completely or keep normal opening hours. I cannot see how cramming everyone in at the same time in which is what happens in reduced hours, is going to do any good! IF infection prevention is the concern, surely it makes sense to do the opposite - ie keep normal hours, meaning people don't come in all at once and are not so near to one another. Or shut completely, if it's dangerous to come in.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews? I’ve always had an easy time here? I’m in at least once a week and it has always been a quick, efficient trip!
