As bunch of staff (3 at security/dispatching, 1 helping customers with machine and 2 at the main desk), all of them could be selling fruits and veg, none of them -not even behind the till- accredited for simple things such as validating a signature on presentation of a passport for a Barclays form.
Clearly they deserve their terrible reviews.

Disgusting 1 hour to get in and do my job which I finally I didn’t because I left so slow service and the staff it’s just arrogants
All in all, a bit of a shambles and an embarrassment. Customer service very much a thing of the past here. Avoid where possible.
