I visited the branch today to withdraw some money , Emma was the member of staff who helped me, It was really extraordinary experience I had, polite, professional, friendly and warm hearted individual, I am blessed to be served by Emma Staff are extremely competent , friendly, professional and helpful. I never agree with the negative comments since what I’ve seen and experienced today is beyond professional behaviour and warm outstanding customer service.
