The branch manager Mo is great, he managed to resole my banking issues.
Small but clean Halifax branch with all the usual functionality. I guess some staff is a bit grumpy and not very enthused most of the time. Others were friendly.
Very rude staff
I have been a customer for years and years.
Went in today to pay in a cheque the clerk didn’t say hello. Didn’t say what he was doing or what I needed to do. Didn’t even say goodbye!
Yet the mortgage advisor I have been speaking to is brilliant.
Looking for another bank For my day to day banking I think.
