As we all know the best value for money in town. I was blown away by their customer service today though. I had no change to release a trolly (its a pound to release one and you get a refund once you return it). I asked a member of staff who promptly took a pound out of his own pocket and gave me one. He explained that he was about to finish his shift and not worry about paying it back..... Amazing! Not only outstanding value but a outstanding experience. Thank that member of staff and thank you Lidl!

Lidl on price for sure, wasn't that busy at the time I went, 5pm on a Tuesday. Staff were helpful when questions were asked and stuff is generally good quality. Will go again

I had to go twice to the shop because you sell tool without battery, went back to buy the battery and when I went to the car find out that you selling the wrong battery for that tool, so they give me refund, The point is this in not the first time! From now I will be very carefully before buy any tool from your shop, But please stop selling power tools without supply it with battery makes absolutely no sense! Regards.

Have shopped at Lidl for many years. Lots of the shelves and freezers were nearly empty, no soya milk at all. Only 2 check outs in use so long queues ( this is still partly lockdown) The check out person practically threw the goods that I was purchasing into a large heap then sat back and folded his arms. Usually check out staff are polite and helpful. On returning my shopping trolley I found that all the smaller trolleys ( which I had) were all in use, so I couldn't park my trolley in the correct place and also couldn't gain my £1 back fro this trolley. Never will I shop here again as all a complete mess
