12 hours charged to change a Impeller

I'll explain this in simple terms for you as per your invoice. Labour std rate £20 per hour - total charged £240. = 12 hours. I'm sorry but i really can't break it down any more than this. Maybe you should have gone to my maths class and not yours.
However I would be gratfull if you could explain what else you actually did in the 12 hours other than change the Impelller.
After only been on the water for five minutes and the engine starts to overheat I think i've got every right to come back and ask what work did you carry out on the boat, but to be told it starts with the key and you will have to email in with the problems wasn't something i was expecting. Your customer skills cleary aren't your strong point.
Not sure what Total Boat Sales has to do with me, obviously touched a nerve, but i defianetly won't be needing a solicitor to defend this.

Fantastic place, friendly guys and great stock. Was open on Sunday and had the exact Steering Cable I needed....beats slow online hands down and competitive price. Long live good suppliers like this....
