Manager was not understanding and unhelpful. I walked for 45 minutes from my home to come and watch Tenet. I have a Vitality voucher and arrived at 1315 for a 1325 showing. I attempted to book it on the website which seemed to be having issues. The lady at the front seen that I was trying to book it and asked if I was okay. I let her know I was booking the viewing as I had a voucher she was very polite. As the website wasn't responding I went outside to check the issue was not with my internet. By the time the website decided to work it was 1326 and said I could not book as viewing had started. I went to the desk to speak with the lady who was polite and said that the manager should be able to help me. I waited for the manager and she said there is nothing he can do and that k could book for a later showing. This is despite the actual film not starting for another half an hour due to commercials and trailers. Total waste of my time. I will not be using Vue going forward and will go to Cineworld in future.

Hi dear people, On this place have wonderfull church, Tree of Life. You can listening amazing word of God from Pastor Ben Conway. I recommend this place, because I feel exelent after the pritching. All peaple are welcome.

The movie was good, but.. Its just the staff is almost obliging you to buy the overpriced food.. made me feel bad

Screen 6 was a bit small for the number of seats. Nachos had too much cheese. Seats were comfortable.

Excellent cinema, great seating and friendly helpful staff. Their current horror fest is fabulous.
