EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I recommended Boots opticians to my mother as her previous Opticians closed, there I was thinking its Boots, the ads look good, and it's a trustworthy name. However the reality was very disappointing. The Optician did not check her eyes throughly ie Eye pressure etc. She was made to read a line from the board and thats it appointment DONE!! And to add insult to injury, they accept NHS Customers but have no NHS glasses frames. After such a bad experience my mother, was made to pay for glasses that she did not like and the Optician made an error that my mother has to pay for. My mother is 74 years old and has asked me to share her experience with you all. She really "SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS!!!"

Very welcoming staff. High tech equipment and great fast service!Eye test was done professionally and glasses requirements explained fully. Will recommend to friends and family. Made good use of the buy one get additional half price.

I am very well please with Boots Optician. My eye test was perfect couldn’t ask for a better Job. Well done Boots wembley branch!!!!! I will be back next year God’s willing. Keep up the the good work!!

The customer service given here is 100% poor. This is not a Boots Opticians this is a very bad franchise. They are not helpful at all, but if you spend money they will give a little smile.
