Poor service from receptionist. Takes an absolute age to get through to a doctor. Once you get an appointment they will change the appointment time for a telephone call without notifying you. This surgery was good once upon a time, but in the last 2 years or so has been rubbish. Once you do reach a doctor the service gets better, but believe me it’s like winning the lottery to get an appointment in the first place. Avoid this place if you can..

This surgery is mainly staffed by locums so there is no continuity with medical care, although if you are lucky enough to get an appointment they are usually good. Often there are no clinical staff on the premises due to locums calling in sick. The receptionists are then unfairly blamed for lack of appointments but they do an excellant job with the limited resources they have, and no on site practice manager to support them. The problem is greedy doctors taking on more patients than they can service. They get paid regardless of whether or not they are available for consultations. Doctors are not required to supply prescriptions for patients to take abroad. Receptionists can only work to the guidelines set out by the GP Principal or Practice Manager. Please show some respect to these hardworking front line staff.

The service provided by this surgery is very poor. I had waited for 10 mins to speak to someone at the GP for a prescription that had been sent in for my mum. (My mum had initially requested for more medicine as she is travelling abroad, the GP had not processed that request and so she had to leave without enough dosage of her medicine. She asked me to pick up this medicine for her as I was travelling two weeks later to meet her. She wrote a letter and posted it to the surgery. One week later I called the Pharmacy to ask if the medicine had been prescribed, to find out that it was never sent to them.) I waited till Monday to call the GP once again to find a lady who answered the phone did not seem very interested in what I needed to say and transferred me to another line which evidently just ended as if she was trying to get rid of me. I called back a second time to be waiting on the line for almost 25mins to speak to someone. All I want from this place is to prescribe the medicine my mum needs before I fly out and she does not have the medication she needs. This is a surgery which seems to be making many mistakes and making people like my mum very frustrated. I would advise to go elsewhere if you decide to register to this place.

Worst surgery in Brent. My family have been with this surgery for more than 30 years. My mother has recently started to suffer from mental health issues, and the reception staff it seems they try to be as difficult as possible. I have called the surgery every morning this week unable to get through and have left msg for them to call me back but as was unable to get any help what so ever had no options left to call 111 then eventually A and E and even the police were contacted. Unfortunately to be referred to the correct department I had to again go through this g.p surgery obviously explaining the seriousness of the situation - again staff refused to help -until they recieved a call from A and E they then made an appointment available for her at another surgery. My parents are old and set in there ways and refuse to change surgery not matter how many times they recieve unacceptable service from these people. Two occasions we have received wrong medication (even though it was just the usual repeat prescription ) In the past i have received other peoples medical history paperwork/questionair with all there personal data written on it. This surgery needs to be close down. Being with them for 30 years plus I know a lot of people who also are registered here and I would say 90% feel the same as we do.

No stars at all for this surgery! Absolutely ridiculous service is provided here! Especially the elderly receptionist, speaks to you like shes doing you a favour and your just a piece of dirt! She tells you to call at 8 to book a appointment and when you call exactly at 8 your told all the appointments are booked? So how does that happen? You ask for a advance booking because they do that she tries to offer you a appointment after 2 weeks and whats the point of that? The patient will either self recover by then or become more ill then! This GP is never available for help! Absolutely appalling!
