Premier Medical Centre

I suffer from many joint problems and severe anxiety. I constantly have problems trying to get through. It's taken me 3 days to get through just to be told the nearest appointment is 3 weeks away. I was then told to try NHS help app which just directed me back to making an appointment. I have been told by my employer I will not be paid for any more time off so what do I do now. I need to talk to a doctor as I need a steroid injection. Your practice is very very unhelpful. You cannot understand the voicemail. There's no info for opening times. Your receptionist all seem to struggle to hear and understanding me. Which is very stressful. Update 8/9/20 Just spoke with a doctor Tokhi. Never spoke to him before and I've come away relatively surprised. He had read my notes. Knew exactly what I was talking about and LISTENED. Didn't force me into using the useless NHS app. Got my pain relief meds sorted and sent me loads of information. The receptionist who answered the phone was also clear, fast and understanding. No awkward questions and booked my appointment in seconds. Today's experience compared to last week's is just the complete opposite. I'm hoping this is how the surgery can be going forward. I am now able to speak to my employer with a plan for my health because I've spoken to a doctor. People in full time work with unsociable hours need access to medication and treatment aswell as the people who stay at home. Please bear this in mind as your appointment system can fail people like me.

A special thanks to Dr Thanapalam, who I had a telephone consultation with today, she was reassuring, polite and very informative, and to Ms Rawal for very kindly arranging the appointment. I can safely say that Premier Medical Centre is one of the best GP surgeries in Wembley. They are working extremely hard especially during this pandemic to deliver patients a remarkable service. Thank you to all the members of staff for all your hard work.

premier medical centre is great. I am an eczema and asthma patient. the doctor,nurses, and staff are really helpful and generous.doctor tokhi had seen me last time and he treated me very nicely. whenever I have came to the clinic the reception staff were always outstanding and sweet. kavita and crinal specially were amazing.😄

Very pleasant experience. Mrs Kavita from Premier Medical Centre Reception was extremely nice, Easy to register and to book appointments and request your prescription. I have recently moved to this country and even during a pandemic,the NHS has still kept up with their excellent services. 😊🙂🤗 Thank you very much NHS🤗

I have recently joined this surgery ,which was recommended to me. I am extremely impressed with the service that has already been extended to me. The reception staff have been very patient with me and have displayed a professional manner at all times. This evening I spoke with a GP who reassured me and put me at ease. I feel very satisfied with the plan moving forward and feel confident that I will get my medical concerns resolved. I would highly recommend this surgery to my friends and family. Thank you.
