Honestly would leave zero if I could. Please please avoid this GP practice if you care about your health. They don't care for their patients. I'm shocked they haven't been investigated yet. My friends and family have all complained and left this practice. My father was mistreated (mother also) and I left there numerous times in tears with the lack of care they give you. If you have more than one issue to talk about...forget it...they don't want to hear it and won't care. Don't even get me started on their reception staff. Their appointment system is a joke. The staff are by far the rudest most incompetent people I've ever come across in my life. Ive worked in front line customer care for 10 years and am absolutely appalled at how they treat people. So glad myself and my family have moved home and gotten away from this practice.

Been calling since 8am, now i 9:08am and my call has not been picked up once! The receptionists are incompetent, lackadaisical and disrespectful. They lacked empathy and refused to make an appointments on far too many occasions. Every time is the same claim, there were patients ahead of me, which was rude and dismissive. In the past 36 months I was left feeling very distressed, invulnerable times; they dismissed my needs and their manager is not bothering with anything, as this is not my 1st complain but it will be my last. If you can put up with no appointments, missed referrals and a generally war zone until you reach to Dr Omodu or Dr John than feel free to join this place, I had just about enough.

Worst system in place. I was trying to call since morning and the phone was coming on hold and finally in the afternoon when they answered then they said they can't book my telephone consultation for today as the doctor has left so I said OK then book me for Monday then she goes i have to call back on Monday to book it. They said they can't book it in advance due to covid. This is just ridiculous as they are just blaming everything on covid.

I want to rate 0 but there is no option I am calling since 8 am till 10 am but still answer phone busy on another call but I walked in to surgery with my phone and receptionist was just talking to each other.
