I went with my 6 year old daughter to the Gp, and they did a consultation and found nothing wrong with her, even though she was clearly very ill. This was before the covid 19 pandemic, and I went to the hospital afterwards and they had to give her intravenous therapy. The receptionist was also very blunt and rude, and didn't take my concerns seriously. My daughters life could of been in danger, if I hadn't taken her to the hospital, doctors should be more qualified and be able to tell if someone needs medical attention.

I have been a patient attending Wembley Park Medical Centre for quite a few years now , when I moved from another surgery and believe me I’ve never looked back. I am always treated with the upmost care and compassion by all the staff and nothing is ever too much. Dr Rachel Dunbar , thank you for the difference you make , your kindness and concern makes everything better .

Went today to do my bloods and the staff treated my mother with a lot of disrespect. The receptionist sitting in the 2nd building (except the main) was very rude and abrupt of about the covid protocol. When requested to accompany my mother who is from the same household and the fact that we both had blood tests one after one, they did not let me accompany my mother who has previous bad experiences and needed supervision. Then the manager came into the room, and whilst the HCA priya was taking bloods she started talking with her. When my mother challenged this, they behave as if they can't talk to her and made her feel very little. There is a lack of compassion, poor communication skills, unnecessary long protocols and processes in this GP surgery. Receptionists need urgent training on communication skills, empathy, 'patient-centred care' and showing respect. After all, they get paid tax payers money per patient, and they have no right to treat people the way they do. Being a surgery who teaches medical students, it is important they set an example of what is being taught themselves. Her podiatry for Type 2 diabetes has not been done and not even a single time a nerve examination done to assess if any complications has been done by the surgery.

GP was very pleasant and helpful. Advice given was easy to understand and felt I had been given a great solution to my long standing issues.
