I have lived in different parts of London and have had experience at many surgeries. If I could give this Surgery more than 5 stars, I would! This surgery is very well managed and welcoming. The receptionists are polite, helpful and empathetic. The clinicians are also professional and courteous which makes patients feel good. My most recent experience was for a flu jab and I was so impressed with the staff's efficiency and the polite attitude towards the patients.
Very caring, polite and helpful Administrative team. Doctors and clinicians are absolutely brilliant. I feel listened to any time I speak to them. Superb team.
I am personally super satisfied with the service provided by the pharmacist I spoke to today (I think her name was Dilraj). The booking system is very simple, you just fill an online consultation and they book you in. The response time is also very quick and they just prescribe the medication you need. No unnecessary hassle and no wasting time.
Number 1 GP surgery! Welcoming, Professional and overall fantastic service. Every doctor I have spoken to has been amazing and the admin team are just great. It’s so easily to ask for help and get what you need in a reasonable time.
I have been with this GP for almost 17 years and the clinicians and staff are always there to help and assist in the most caring ways, when times are tough. Me and my family have always felt their warmth and understanding and never felt alone. Thank you so much for all your support over the years and especially through the pandemic.
