I am very pleased with the service and care I receive at Preston Road Surgery. All the staff are very friendly and I am able to book an appointment easily whenever I need. My doctor is very kind and professional. In addition, I have been particularly impressed and reassured with the special precautions and social distancing measures they have put into place during the pandemic.

CHAOTIC!!!! Difficult to get a doctor’s appointment if “YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THEM” MEANING COLOUR AND BACKGROUND. One year on and still cannot get an appointment.Instead hey say “GO TO EMERGENCY GP AT CHAMPLIN ROAD..” Why DONT I HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS ONE OF YOUR OWN TO GET MEDICAL CARE? Good at upgrading the building as a “MASK” for professionalism but fall short in every level. DESERVE ZERO STAR.

I can't choose "Zero" as no option here. Irresponsible, disgusting and rude team members. Avoid this surgery IF YOU WANT GOOD HEALTH SERVICE AS THRY CAN'T.

Online booking system is good. Its a busy surgery but still get appointments quickly. Caring staff. New facilities.

If I could give zero star then I definitely would. Firstly, I had to travel to another country to get treatment as I have never received my appointment from my GP. I called the hospital in my area to find out if I was referred to the hospital by my GP and they said I was but I need to contact my GP to get further information. When I called the surgery I told them I have not received the referral letter and in my case I should be seen within 10 days. The receptionist said they cannot tell me which hospital I was referred to and when my appointment is due to privacy and I have to wait for the letter by post. I told to the receptionist that I have never received the referral letter but they was not interested. I made a complaint to the manager Renuka Lingeswaran but she found my issue funny and she was just smiling on me. My issue was not solved and I had to finance my treatment from my own pocket. Secondly, one day I have received an email from the surgery saying that I am not “Registered Online Service User” anymore. I thought this is a technical issue only and can be sorted. When I called the surgery as I needed my repeat medications the receptionist told me I am not with the surgery anymore. I asked her how it is possible as I have never unregistered myself from the surgery. As I left without GP suddenly without medication I have emailed to the manager Renuka Lingeswaran, on the following email: [email protected] . I did not even complain just kindly asked to register me back as I have never requested my removal as a patient from the practice. Also requested to reinstate my access to the online system (Patient Access) to get my repeat prescription to my nominated pharmacy. My emails were read but were ignored completely. Shame on the Preston Road Surgery they are treating people like this.
