I am very happy with Dr Bagga at Allendale surgery. On two occasions I had a phone consultation with her. Once for myself and once for my little daughter. Both times she diagnosed the issue correctly and advised me appropriately. On both occasions I had been unaware of the seriousness of the symptoms. If it had not been for Dr Bagga's astute clinical skills we would have suffered needlessly. I was very impressed that such professional service was provided on a phone consultation. Since then I have consulted her on various occasions, thankfully for minor issues. It is very reassuring to have a doctor I can trust.

I've been with these guys for 3/4 years now and have never had any issues, the reception staff are all lovely and the doctors are really nice and helpful to. I've always had no issues seeing the docs through appointments and most recently on the phone due to Covid, they are really kind and super helpful. I'm now moving my wife across also as her surgery is useless and I know she will be taken care of with Allendale Surgery. Thank you team :-)

I just call the gp Surgery and miss “Ana “ thats thw name she give me she was very rude and shouting at me treat me with no kind of respect just because I ask her, so if I have a emergency what do I have to do considering you don’t have no appointments for today?!im very disappointed with this and I also make ne believe they are not there to help you because they care,they are there because they get paid Same on you as a person Ana for treat the people what need your Gp surgery and you treat them with no respect

What a unprofessional surgery. To be honest my family and I have been with this surgery for years. It all changed once the brilliant Dr Siemon left.. never any consistent doctors.. reception staff r a joke ( soo rude) what made me put up a review today was the lack of support for my 94 year old mum who’s been with this surgery for the best part of her life. Never any appointments for her.. honestly I cannot express enough how much this surgery has gone down hill. I had to give it 1 star to write a review but honestly speaking it doesn’t even deserve that. This surgery should be permanently. closed down.

After reading all the negative reviews, I thought that it is better for the Surgry not to exist. However, & in all fairness, now they have introduced the Triage system which determines the priority of which a patient should be treated, I have experienced two incidents, with the main doctor and the clinical pharmacist. They were very professional and really furnished all aspects of my queries as well as medication concerns. Please don’t take it personally and understand that they have far too much on their plates and after all they’re human. Keep up the good work Allendale Road Surgery.
