Not sure about the doctors but Karen (the nurse) is always very polite with me and my 3 kids. The receptionists are always polite too. I will give it 4 stars because I don’t know about the doctors services as I never needed them, but overall I am very happy. People complain too much but are they polite to the staff at all?

4 star because of Dr. Subhashish Sarkar. He check the patient throughly - blood pressure, oxygen level etc. He is kind enough to recommend further test not just try patient pensions. NHS standard is still stable/ improving because they have doctor like him.

Actually I'll give zero stars if I could . Very disappointing experience. Not recommended. Probably I will go further with a complain.

Really awful service!!! they really don't care about your problems at all. I was asking the lady in the reception some things that i was not sure about but she kept on saying she does not know anything or neither made an effort to enquire about it either. 1 star is too much!!!

It is more then four years I am with The Surgery. The surgery was good but since Dr patel retireed, I am very disappointed. Strongly not recomended.
