Always get my stuff from SD. The staff and especially manager at this branch is such an amazing person. Always welcome with a big smile, lively and very helpful. Best customer service I ever experienced in any Superdrug branches. Thanks

The service is really bad. Staff are treating you like if you were a thief, all eyes over you. Especially there’s this lady who is always in the beauty section, who was so rude towards me. I heard other customers who were also complaining how uncomfortable they were because of how this lady and some staff were acting. That has to stop, plus, they have to put more testers out for products that do not have testers and stop assuming that some people open a new one. That lady is horrendous.

Disgraceful treatment today 21.03.20 by the manageress Samantha.I queued outside Superdrug store at 8:30am (official opening hours on Sat.) Samantha opened the door and informed me that store will open at 9:00am. She asked me what I was queuing for? I replied that for hand sanitizer gel. She then told me that they had no delivery, and I quote: "You were already here yesterday buying sanitizer gel". I can officially buy 2 sanitizer gels each day and if I come to buy them, the reason is that I get them for the elderly and frail people who are my neighbours and not capable to stand in the queue and jeopardise their health and lives by catching a virus. She is a condescending, arrogant bully with no kindness, compassion or respect shown to customers who are in their 70's. And this is not the 1st episode of this kind from her. She would be more suitable to be a military commander in the army rather than being a store manager. An awful and ill-mannered young woman.

I live around the area and I go in quite a lot because they have certain brands that you can't find in other shops but the staff has always been unhelpful and even sarcastic. They all act like it's a crime for a client to ask for help and a visit there always makes my day just a little bit sad.

Went in today as my GP had recommended I get my blood pressure checked at my local pharmacy. (I have the Babylon app, so can’t get it done easily at the surgery.) I’d been to four different pharmacies and none would do it for me (including the boots across the road.) The pharmacist at Superdrug was absolutely lovely and did it right away!
