So Patient And Understanding, After Having Countless Issues With The Doctors Surgery These Two Members Of Staff At The Pharmacy Go Above And Beyond To Help Me And My Family With Any Issues We Have! I Could Never Thank Them Enough For Always Fixing The Surgery's Mistakes!
The worst customer service I ever have to deal with it. Staff are incompetent and rude. I DO NOT recommend to anyone.
Really poor service. Waited 20 mins for prescriptions. I have been at least 5 times to this pharmacy and most the time they don’t have one of the medicines in stock and so I have to come back the next day.
Update- Today I went for the collection of a bottle of cream- they had had the prescription for almost 2 weeks and made me wait 20 minutes to tell me they didn’t have it in stock. They need more staff urgently.
Staff are nice and polite but to wait for your order more than 10 minutes when you are the only one waiting is a bit much.
Great opening times that work for people who work late. Really nice staff. Have had my medicine in stock which I usually have to order in to other pharmacies. Would recommend.
