I’ve been using this branch for a while, being served definitely can take some time, however, customer service is really good. Some of the staff do go that extra mile out there way to help each person, at times like this can be difficult with the covid-19 going on.

Poor service and the guy is extremely rude as he wasn't keeping his cool he was also being extra as he was asking inappropriate questions which made me uncomfortable in the branch. And did not give privacy as we told him something and he spoke loud and everyone in the branch heard and was looking at me which was embarrassing. I went to another branch in fenchurch street and they were more professional and did their job.

Barclays has us cue up outside for hours some days. Appreciated there’s is a global health crisis. But when you get in there’s no sanitiser to be found and none of the staff at t he door wore masks or social distanced. Mixed messages not a good look
