Strict with their covid controls. Face masks required when inside the building. Queues are managed and move quickly.
Popped in the branch to get information about business loan procedure. My mate and I were seen by Andrea and I must say she was super polite, informative and professional.

I understand its coronovirus time and you have to limit people going into the branch. So the queues are absolutely huge. But shortening the branch opening times isnt very logical when everything is taking so much longer because of the social distancing. Some of us actually have jobs to go to and are key workers so we dont have a lot of time to be wasting in huge queues with there being a possibility that you're just going to shut the doors even though we've been in the queue prior to the closing time.
Some of the worst customers service you will experience. Some of the staff are ok, but too many bad eggs.
Staff morale is low, working conditions seem poor, staff openly criticising the bank to its customers.
The manager (Short blonde lady) publicly stated that her job was too stressful & that "she had enough".
They do not take complaints seriously enough & are not really interested in excellent customer service.

What an absolute dive of a bank. Smear Mark's on the walls blood smears on the floor. A lady working there called chris was the rudest woman I've encountered for a very long time. Staff attitudes matched the interior absolutely disgusting. Barclays you should be ashamed
