Been with them for nearly 3 years no claims commercial combined insurance. I bought new vehicle (smaller engine capacity than previous one) part exchange.As soon they seen that I got blackmailed to pay a ridiculous £700 what they call "premium" and because I couldn't afford I seen myself a busy courier loaded and stuck all day on dealership yard. I lost hundreds because this greedy organisation and in the end I found a proper insurance and I save over £1000/year.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and I will proceed legal action against them.Rubbish
A very unhelpful insurance company who refuse to pay out in times of need.
I'll be ending my policy shortly and recommending to everyone I meet not to use these bandits.

Always go through an online comparison website rather than renewing with them. Our renewal price was £520 with LV and we managed to get a quote for £364 with LV from Go Compare. Phoned them up and they weren’t interested
I found the staff rude and arrogant. They were of the opinion that I should not expect a hello, as it is not necessary.
