Be very careful they will send parking tickets to your house if you are parked in the car parks managed by them longer than 20 min. If you can find alternative do not think twice. By the way on the record I was a costumer, off the record I was still a costumer.

Parked in a designated bay and qued to purchase a drink. Sat in my van for 15 mins after paying enjoying my overpriced bottle of drink while inputting my next disabled clients details into my satnav which was playing up. I was unaware that I stayed over the 20 mins limit that shell now pay Euro car parks to enforce. Now have a £60 fine taken from my low wages. Its disgusting and bordering on theft. I will boycott shell permanently from now on

Convenient location as I don't live far from here. Remember to join their membership club so you can get points whenever you go, also, from time to time they send you some vouchers to use.

Just was trying to fill fuel to my motorbike and cashier told me that I need to remove helmet, when sings next to him was showing that lifting visor is enough to do. I had a head injury and putting helmet on and off is bit painful for me. I heve left this station and I will not back there again in my life. Poor customer service, poor shell.
