Took my Mum for a hearing test with Jane Noble the audiologist and I must admit the care and attention we received, including the follow-up appointment was first class!
I made an appointment, arrived on time. But the only person there was the receptionist.
She had no explanation as to why the audio guy was not there, but offered to make another appointment. No thanks.
They are an expensive company, who advertise heavily, but they have to get the basics right.
Like turning up to meet someone.
