For a doctors? This is absolutely disgusting, may I remind them its now 2020 and there is 0 excuse for this type of communication failure. They need reporting!
My perscription went to the wrong chemist after trying two chemists they had not got it. I rang the doctors spoke to a very pleasant lady who checked where it had gone found it and spoke to the relevant chemist then told me also apologized and said that the chemist offered to deliver pills to me. Very impressed with both the lady at Moorside and the chemist in chinbrook road. Your staff are always helpful thank you.
