Just had my flu jab, a very efficient and quick system. The surgery had been refurbished and looks so clean and clinical. The whole area was well ventilated and the queuing system so quick I was straight through in less than ten minutes. They were also fantastic with my preschool child a couple of weeks ago for her vaccine. Very impressed!

I've been with the surgery for just over a year now. They've helped resolved some outstanding issues created by my previous GP and have been incredibly proactive and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

I joined the surgery a couple of months ago and so far I have been very pleasantly surprised by how nice, polite and efficient the staff are, from receptionists to doctors and nurses. I cannot comment as to how it was pre-covid but the practice looks very clean, and I have seen a couple of doctors for me and my children and each time they took their time and did a thorough examination to make sure everything was fine. Equally the nurse I have seen three times now has been lovely and very supportive. Having had previous experience of surgeries in a few different parts of London I can really tell the difference.

Awful in every way. Can't speak to anyone you have to fill online forms out for any problem which is time consuming even for the smallest requests. Have been ignored numerous time after spending 10 minutes filling out the online e-consult with no response from reception or doctors. I've had test results lost numerous times, at time have waited a month for blood test results and only attained when pestering them. Reception will not help with any request without filling out an e-consult in which case there's a high chance they still won't help. Cannot stress how truly incompetent this surgery is!!
