There is one lady in reception, she never ever does her job properly!! Always wastes my time with back and forth communication, she is very rude, unprofessional receptionist!!! Going to change my GP surgery. Please stay away from this surgery.. they will waste your valuable time.

I had to fill out multiple forms to register and sent them off, I was then asked to fill out another form and then was told I cannot be registered as I'm out of the area... so they sent me another form ALREADY KNOWING this???Clearly this practice doesn't work on common sense. Thanks for wasting my time.

Extremely bad service and very rude receptionist! My babies are due for their 12-week vaccine today, I received a message in the morning to say it's cancelled due to nurse off sick and was only offered a new slot at 16 weeks, which means it's more than 4 weeks delayed so the shots may not be effective and the 16 week vaccine will be delayed as well. My babies are premature and I'm very worried that they will catch infections in the meantime, but the receptionist was extremely rude, non sympathetic and almost hang up on me!!! She had no clue what she's talking about - I told her it's the baby 12-week vaccine multiple times and she still tried to book me in for a flu vaccine!! Then eventually she registered what's going on, she said there are no alternative dates and there is nothing she can do, what a thing to say to a worried mum!! Very upset and stressed, such bad service, a waste of tax payer's money (I'd like to think I worked really hard and paid good tax, I deserve to be treated politely as any customer would be)!! The very rude receptionist's name is Jeanette (may be wrong spelling) but I think it's good to 'name and shame' so there is no hiding behind! I do NOT want my tax money to go to pay salaries for such individuals! PS: I posted the same comment on the NHS website, but the practice refused to admit that the receptionist was rude, so I list her rude behaviour below for clarity: 1) she almost hang up on me, three times. She kept saying she got to go when I discussed my concerns with her, it's apparent that she does not want to listen. 2) she told me a date that's 4 weeks later than my original booking, when I asked about alternatives, she said in a rude tone 'do you want to take it or not', subtext being 'if you don't take it your babies will not have vaccines at all', or 'I can book you in for even later if you keep bothering me'. 3) I told her multiple times that it's vaccine for my 12-week twins, she attempted to book me in for a flu vaccines instead! When I told her it's for the twins, she repeated impatiently 'twins', and had to find me another slot, as if it's my fault that she wasn't listening at all! 4) it turned out later that the original dates booked by the receptionist was out of the recommendated waiting period between vaccine shots. Which means if I had gone to those slots, the vaccines may not provide sufficient protections for my babies, who were premature and weaker already compared to babies of similar age. She did not check with a doctor at all when she gave me those dates. If something had happened, she must be held responsibile! I recommend anyone being offered such services double check, you do not want to risk your babies' lives!! To the practice manager's credit, she did find us an earlier slot when my husband called later on the same day. I'm happy about that. But that does not compensate for the bad experience with the receptionist, who never apologised!

Ridiculous wait to just speak to the receptionist!!! Once the menu comes up takes 20 seconds to get through but you sit there before.
