Really pleased with my recent visit to the clinic - all appropriate COVID measures and more put into place with friendly, knowledgable and professional staff. Prior to my appointment the receptionist called to let me know that there is road works nearby and informed me of the alternative route to take, which I found helpful. The chiropractor who assessed and treated me was amazing, she explained every process to me during the assessment and had an extensive amount of knowledge about my symptoms which was really reassuring. You can tell she has a real passion about what she does and truly enjoys doing it. Overall the professionalism and competency of the clinic is outstanding and I would highly recommend them!

A fantastic chiropractic clinic with great staff too

I want to share with you my story of how I came from being a very disabled blue badge holder to being an active 75 year old cycling, Nordic walking and doing gym sessions every week. I met Laura Simmons in 2015 when she was an intern at the Anglo European Chiropractic College in Bournemouth. I could hardly walk and in the beginning was seeing Laura twice a week. I had many back problems, mostly degenerative that had been getting worse for years. Progress was slow and tearful but very gradually things improved. I joined the gym sessions which focussed on balance and strengthening the core. This together with Laura's careful treatment made all the difference. Yes, it has taken a few years to get back to a liberating physical fitness but it can be done. Progress had been slowed by 2 knee replacement operations but the fact that I had improved my fitness made recovery so much quicker with a better outcome. The moral of the story is that yes, Laura and Chiropractic made a huge difference but its got to be a team effort and exercise is the key. It's never too late to start. With Laura's help and encouragement you also can turn from being disabled to being an active person enjoying life and feeling energised and having fun. Just find an activity you enjoy and stick with it, miracles don't happen overnight. I now have lots of friends I can walk or cycle with and the best bit is the socialising. It's even kept us going through Covid. Soon I shall return to my gym sessions which give a whole body workout (initially I thought the warm up was more than enough!) and be able to arm wrestle my husband once again. Thank you, Laura, from an active, re-energised 75 year old.

I went to this practice on the recommendation of a friend and am so glad I did. Clare is highly experienced and listens to everything you say and then assesses what the problem is. I was convinced I was getting arthritis in my hip but Clare was sure that it was a back issue and explained to me why she reached this diagnosis. She then treated me and has given me stretches to do and the problem is amazingly better. I have now recommended Clare to my wife and again, she made an unexpected diagnosis but my wife's problems (which had stumped doctors for 6+ months) are improving dramatically. I would not hesitate to recommend Clare and this practice.
